Order
No, currently you can only place orders online through our webshop.
Shipping is free; however, customs duties may apply in some cases.
Enter your voucher code (case-sensitive) at checkout without quotation marks and click "Apply" to redeem it.

Payment
A purchase contract is only concluded once the ordered product has been shipped to the customer and the shipment has been confirmed via email by Zamayia (shipping confirmation).
Shipping
Yes, as soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS.
Your shipping confirmation will include a tracking number and a link where you can follow your delivery status.
Delivery takes between 7 and 13 business days, but delays may occur in certain cases.
If you ordered multiple products, they may be shipped separately. If you have only received part of your order, the remaining items should arrive within the next few days.
If your delivery remains incomplete, please contact our customer service via email at info@zamayia.com and provide your full name and order number (found in your order confirmation email).
Returns & Exchanges
⚠️ Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Unused Items: Please ensure that returned items are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition to facilitate the return process.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging for smooth processing.
- Return Deadline: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
- Excluded Items: Some items may not be eligible for return, such as customized products, special promotions, or hygiene products. Please check the product description for details.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Return Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense.

Defective or Incorrect Items
