Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return Right
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided that it is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Non-refundable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene products such as underwear or swimwear (if unopened)
- Gift cards and digital products
2. Return Costs
All return costs, including shipping and handling fees, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
3. Return Authorization
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zamayia.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. Only after receiving our return authorization, you may proceed with returning the item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-13 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a discount code or promotion was used, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.
5. Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@zamayia.com with photos of the item and your order number. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Consumer Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if the goods you purchased are faulty, do not meet the description provided, or are not of acceptable quality. If you believe an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible for a resolution.
